In Hue, Vietnam, Le Hoang Foundation delivered daily essentials and gifts to Mai Linh Boarding House, Tu An Pagoda, and the Center of Vocational and Job for Disabilities and Orphans. Mai Linh Boarding House, located in the Dong Con Duc Me Vo Nhiem, provides housing, board, and education assistance to 19 ethnic minority girls that otherwise would never have the opportunity for a formal education. Tu An Pagoda is home to young female monastics-in-training. The Center of Vocational and Job for Disabilities and Orphans is a non profit organization that teaches young adults a craft that will allow them to join the work force. ...

Le Hoang Foundation visited the children of Bo De Pagoda and the patients at the National Hospital for Children with Cancer in Hanoi, Vietnam. At Bo De Pagoda, we delivered basic daily essentials to the enthusiastic children. For the young patients in the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital, we made and delivered care packages.

Operation Smile Dental Mission in Hue, Vietnam
In the 2011 mission, Le Hoang Foundation focused on Vietnam, the country that ignited the birth of this non profit organization and the homeland of its founders, Dr. Dane Hoang and her sister, Thanh.
As an avid supporter of Operation Smile, Le Hoang Foundation had the privilege of participating in the March 2011 dental mission in Vinh Phuc and Hue, Vietnam. In a course of a week, a total of 3013 patients were screened of which 2340 received oral hygiene instructions and education, treatment was rendered to 1299 patients, and 3339 dental procedures were performed.
