HISTORY

Mahatma Gandhi said, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” After traveling extensively throughout the world, Dr. Dane Hoang and her sister, Thanh, realized that they could be that agent of change in the lives of needy children around the world.  With a firm belief in their commitment to children and a passion for service ignited by their travels, the sisters established the Le Hoang Foundation, a non-profit organization with a goal of providing education and health services for children, locally and internationally.  Through education comes empowerment, and through empowerment comes the independence and the ability to break free from the shackles of ignorance and poverty.

Every journey begins with a small first step.  Dr. Dane and Thanh would like to thank their generous benefactors, all of whom have chosen to take this journey at their side.  Their commitment to change will undoubtedly make a difference in the lives of the economically disadvantaged children.
